A film shot from a streetcar traveling down Market Street in San Francisco in 1905, before the earthquake/fire of 1906 destroyed the area. Remarkable footage of the turn of the century lifestyles in San Francisco, California.
Was good footage, Jeff. I think this is the same film we got from the Library of Congress which I included in the movie I made to accompany the museum earthquake exhibit that Peggy did in celebration of the 100 year anniversary of the SF quake. Thanks for posting the link!
